Synergy
Here is all information about Synergy. Each year, you can find the reasons why I choose to take a certain approach to my show. Sometimes, it helps to better size the DJ behind the radio show…and behind the mic!

2010 is right here!
In 2010, my own objectives are to bring my show to an upper level, but not with guest DJ this time, with my own stuff. The goal here is to produce a new introduction, better sound quality, better tracklists, new jingle, hopefully my own productions and more high quality voice overs to enhance the listeners experience! Let see what we can achieve here, but for sure, I am ready to make 2h shows every month!
Stay tuned, because this year, it’s gonna rock!

The guest DJs for 2009!
September is a non-sleep month in Montreal with DJ Insomnia!
Here is the biography of DJ Insomnia. You can find more information about her at www.djinsomnia.net.
It’s impossible to link Insomnia to any particular musical style since she strongly believes that a DJ must throw his or her soul to a dancefloor.
“As a DJ, I constantly try to assimilate my soul to that of the people moving on the dancefloor. The “vibe” is always different from one event to the next, so this “vibe” must evolve throughout my set. I must adapt my style in order to be able to transport the dancers to my musical universe.”
Affectionately nicknamed “The Queen of Trance” by her peers, this has allowed Insomnia to elevate to a point where she is one of the most in-demand DJs in the trance/tech-trance scene. Furthermore, since she has no fear to venture into techno and electro, with occasional forays into hot and sensual vocal adventures, Insomnia’s unique style one has made her one of the key pioneers in the province of Quebec.
What is most important to Insomnia is to keep her dancefloor constantly energized, carrying the crowd with her special “feminine touch” to a constant flux throughout any night, as inspired by such international DJs as Armin van Buuren, Corsten, Fred Baker, Sander Van Doorn, Andy Moor, Randy Katana, John O’Callagan, Sean Tyas, and many more, creating her unique style. Of course, her greatest strengths are her superior musical choices, the mixing marriage of one track into the next, her overall technique, and certainly, her versatility.
Insomnia knows what a crowd desires, and delivers every time. Every time her magical hands touch turntables, the night is a guaranteed success !!!
July guest mix by the Australian no 1 DJ: Tydi!
Here is a little bit of Tydi’s biography. I invite you to visit his website for more details about him. www.tydi.com
As a DJ, the 21 year-old was voted #1 in Australia, and spent the year touring in support of dance heavyweights Tiesto, Armin van Buuren and Paul van Dyk. He was a regular on the prominent Australian festival circuit and ended the year with a bang by co-headlining Melbourne’s Sensation NYE party with Fedde le Grand.
As a producer, his tracks were signed to labels across the globe, including world #1 DJ Armin van Buuren’s own label, Armada. He produced the soundtrack for hard-hitting government advertising, video games and luxury property developments. [...]
In 2009, tyDi is already off to an impressive start. On the back of a stellar performance at Melbourne’s Sensation NYE party, the young maverick has secured Main Stage billing at Trance Energy in Holland and across Australia.
In April, he released his debut artist album ‘Look Closer’ which made an impressive debut on the Australian Independent Recording Charts, ARIA Dance Charts and on the international Beatport charts. The first single ‘Foolish’ also found a home in the top ten of the international Beatport charts. With such a solid start to a promising career, Australia’s #1 DJ is a man on the rise.
Tydi delivers an awesome set for Synergy July on Digitally Imported. Check out the july podcast to listen again to this outstanding performance! Well done! -The Jammer
